Orders and payment
Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown in the online shop before you place an order. Check your basket and delivery details carefully before paying. Card payments are processed through Dojo’s secure hosted checkout. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an item as ordered. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Local delivery
The minimum product order for delivery is £20. Delivery costs £5 and is free when the product order is over £40. Rugby, Coventry and Braunston have daily delivery availability. Daventry, Southam and Leamington Spa customers can choose Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Order by 10 pm the day before your chosen delivery date for next-day local delivery or the applicable chosen delivery day. Available dates and charges are confirmed at checkout.
Collection from the Bilton shop
Choose Collection from Bilton shop at checkout for no collection charge. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready. Collect it from 14 The Green, Bilton, Rugby CV22 7LY during shop opening hours. Please wait for our confirmation before travelling.
