Moroccan Pork Sausages

Made fresh in our Bilton shop using pork shoulder and belly. Pepper, rosemary, apricots, sultanas, cumin, chilli, coriander and mint create a fruity, warmly spiced flavour.

Ideal for family meals, the grill or the barbecue.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder and pork belly (80/20 VL), rusk (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], salt), sultanas, apricots, salt, spices (cumin, chilli, pepper and coriander), dextrose, garlic powder, mint, stabiliser E450, flavour enhancer E621, preservative E223 (0.34%) (sulphite) and antioxidant E300.
