Thick Lincolnshire Sausages

Made fresh in our Bilton shop using pork shoulder and belly. Rubbed sage, bittersweet parsley and ground black pepper create a distinctive Lincolnshire flavour.

Ideal for breakfast, family meals or the barbecue.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder and pork belly (80/20 VL), salt, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), sugar, stabiliser (diphosphates E450), preservative E221 (sulphite), flavourings, yeast extract, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, dried onion, colour (carmine), rusk (wheat).
