Thick Cumberland Sausages

Made fresh in our Bilton shop using pork shoulder and belly. Coarse black pepper and sage are finished with parsley for a warming Cumberland flavour.

Ideal for breakfast, family meals or the barbecue.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder and pork belly (80/20 VL), salt, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), sugar, stabiliser (diphosphates E450), preservative E221 (sulphite), flavourings, yeast extract, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, dried onion, colour (carmine), rusk (wheat).

Allergens: Contains wheat and sulphites.
