Made fresh in our Bilton shop using pork shoulder and belly. Tomato and cracked black pepper create a rich, savoury flavour.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder and pork belly (80/20 VL), rusk (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamin], salt), salt, tomato powder, dextrose, black pepper, acidity regulator E500, white pepper, stabiliser E450, preservative E223 (sodium metabisulphite) (0.57%), flavour enhancer E621, antioxidant E300 (ascorbic acid), diphosphates, pimento spice extract and ginger spice extract.
